The Exchange and Return Policy detailed below applies only to online purchases made via our website.

Final Sales: Items marked as sales/clearance are final.  Final Sales items cannot be returned

All other items are eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with the tags and must be accompanied by the original return form.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable

All items are subject to inspection

Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail

If items are postmarked within the 15 days from the date your order was shipped it will be accepted

For Refund of Online Purchases:
  1. Please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy to ensure your exchange or return meets the criteria
  2. Complete the ERF below and include it in the package with the item(s) you are returning
  3. Drop off your securely sealed return package at any USPS mailbox location
For Exchanges of Online Purchases
  1. Due to inventory availability please ensure you go online to purchase the correct size
  2. Return shipping is FREE for exchanges
  3. Complete the ERF using correct code (Exchange for another size)
  4. Write the new order number in space provided
  5. Print your pre-paid USPS label at no cost
  6. Drop off your securely sealed return package at any USPS mailbox location

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  Affinity Stores LLC will not pay return postage for international returns/exchanges.

In Store Exchanges: For your convenience we also offer in store exchanges on online purchases within the 15 days timeline.  Please ensure items meet the above criteria as detailed above.

We do not issue in store refunds for online purchases

The below ERF (Exchange/Return Form) must be submitted with your return
