Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (2-15 business days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Next Day Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to fifteen (15) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday.
Guaranteed 2nd Day Air & Guaranteed Next Day Air
All Guaranteed Second Day Air orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m. EST(Monday through Friday business days only) will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Guaranteed Second Day Air & Next Day Air is only available for the United States. Orders are only processed Monday through Friday and do not include weekend deliveries.
Guaranteed Next Business Day in Florida
All Guaranteed Next Business Day in Florida orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday business days only) will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with the order in question. Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by 3pm EST to ship out same day. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Affinity Store LLC you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

How do I return my purchase?
To return your item(s) just fill out the back of your invoice and mail your items back to us! We will process returns within 48 hours of receiving your items. You can choose to receive a refund or a store credit.

For all the other items, to be eligible for a refund as described in our return policy, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by a completed return form. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.
